Is there an available release somewhere with jack support? Am 
I missing a magic switch? Jack support, that would be just 
awesome.

I have an elder suse rpm (gdam-0.942-349) with no hint about 
where and how to invoke jack ports.

Oh, the current tarball build fails with 
"gdasspatialstereo.c:73:40: pasting "->" and "lear" does not 
give a valid preprocessing token"
