[LAD] FFADO midi ports

Hi Egor

thanks for the tip!
Jeremy already pointed my in that direction, but it seemed a bit overkill
(i like it simple, it suits my personality  ;-)
however, it indeed looks really powerful so i'll definitely look into it
and play with it a bit
