[LAD] New LV2 host implementation stack

Install the LV2 SVN repository at http://lv2plug.in/repo and run
lv2config afterwards.

Note this stuff is only needed by other (unreleased) software in my
repository, the projects mentioned in this announcement only require
lv2core.
