[LAD] [ANN] New Jack / LV2 Host with socket support

Hello Ricardo!
   I am only just downloading mod-host. But already in advance: a big thanks 
from me. I think, this might turn out to be of great help. I must test it with 
a couple of the more complex LV2 plugins, a synth perhaps. If that works, this 
would be absolutely fantastic!
