[linux-audio-user] not quite so simple.... mandrake 9.0 +devfs help!!

hmmmmm
thats where things get really strange... everything matches your 
experience so far... except i've been loading things manually after 
boot. so im manually doing modprobe snd-usb-audio, it works fine but 
then apps complain there is no soundcard....

i didnt uninstall the mandrake alsa rpms, i think i'll do that and try 
again.... can always reinstall after all :)
