AlsaModularSynth can be used as realtime fx processor as well. See e.g.
the example_capture.ams example patch provided with the tarball. This
example combines a Moog filter with Canyon Delay and Freeverb. You can
insert any LADSPA effect by using the built-in LADSPA browser.
