I didn't find one, but any modern notebook has USB and you can connect
usb-midi devices to it. They start at 50 EUR, I guess, and some are no
bigger than a midi cable. Examples are the YAMAHA - UX16, the Edirol
UM-1E or the Midiman - Midisport UNO
