Automotive CD players I've worked on have a 'feature' to eject CD's
after a battery disconnect. Others specify holding the eject key for a
long time, or holding eject upon battery connection.
Such a feature depends on the car manufacturer being (rightly) paranoid
to specify such behaviour. YMMV.
