i don't think, it's a jack problem, but an alsa problem ... but since
i'm about to use the quattro for recording only and i've got enough to
do with solving my hdsp problems, it will probably take some time until
i can test the recent alsa version ...
but iirc 0.9.2 was the last version that worked fine with pd on my
machine ... i don't know if it's related to that, but i suppose the
problem with jack is the same as the problem with pd/alsa ...
so, maybe downgrading alsa would solve the problem (until we found the
changes between 0.9.2 and higher versions of the snd-usb-audio module...
