I was using fluxbox 0.1.14 for some time, but Debian Testing has
just moved to version 0.9.X which as far as I am concerned is
a significant downgrade. Its slower, suffers from weird redraw
glitches and the slit at the mottom of the screen is missing
borders.

I actually went back to blackbox (fluxbox's ancestor) on the
one box I had upgraded to 0.9.X.
