The interrupts of the PCI slots are shown correctly, but some of the
onboard devices aren't.  (Which is strange because the onboard device
interrupts have a fixed routing inside the southbridge, and are well
documented by Intel.)

The onboard devices have these assignments:
$ cat /proc/interrupts

(where 16 = PIRQA, ..., 23 = PIRQH)
