It's not released yet, mainly cos I've had trouble finding a decent
alternative to sourceforge, and (mainly) I've been too busy writing/playing
it! :) 

I think I described it a while ago. It's a bit specialist, but technically a
really simple OSC client/server that reads a text description of a melody.
This text score is designed to be created and/or manipulated live by the
performer, either using livecoding techniques (see http://www.toplap.org/ and
the toplap manefesto: http://www.toplap.org/?ManifestoDraft :)) or genetic
programming.

For the curious, I've just uploaded some code here:

The server won't build as I need to release a new version of libspiralcore,
and there are no client apps (AFAIK) that will accept the OSC note data, a new
release of the noiseweapon synth is needed for that.
But the front end python code might work anyway... :)
