One of the things I am planning for JackMix is more backends so it isn't only
a Jack mixer but could also get a backend for emu10k1 or artsd or alsa or
gstreamer or or or...

But the day only has 24 hours and thus development is slow...

PS: Check http://roederberg.dyndns.org/~arnold/jackmix for more details,
stable versions, daily snapshots(!) and repository-access...
There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the
Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be
replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

There is another theory which states that this has already happened.
