I always fill out bug reports when I find a reproducible problem.  The
latest was yesterday (to a certain very popular web search engine's
email service), and included screenshots and detailed instructions for
reproduction.  I am still allowed to complain because:

1. Often they are not reproducible; the program just commits suicide
and I can't get it to do the same thing again.
2. I am filling out bug reports all the time!  :-)
