There's one counterintuitive thing about LASH and it's its project handling.

So simply run glashctl [which i recommend, too] or some other lash control 
thing.

If you don't have the env variable LASH_START_SERVER [or something close ;)] 
set you will have to start lashd manually [you can do that from within 
glashctl].

Now simply start some lash'd app and have a look into the glashctl context 
menu :)
