[linux-audio-user] USB and Kernel 2.6.15

Oops...spoke too soon. It works! But for some reason, not
with portaudio v.19 using Alsa [I'm running Csound], only with
OSS (emulation). With a direct connection to Alsa (using plughw:num),
it works.

This might be because it does not seem to like to be connect
via hw:num, but plughw:num (portaudio seems to use the former).

In any case, I've got what I wanted, the latest kernel, with realtime
preemption, working with my USB card.

Thanks a lot
