[LAU] jackd watchdog: timeout - killing jackd

I've got the same problem with my jackd here. I'm also using an ICE1712
(delta 1010LT). I don't know if this is card-dependent though.
It always kills jack if I use ecasound to record from fluidsynth (last
version) and then quit ecasound. And sometimes jack just quits on me while
recording from the soundcard.
I've got jackd 0.107.5 and kernel
I don't get any xruns (hardly any), but while recording I can't rely on jack
anymore. Which is frustrating.
  ah Here's my jackd commandline:
jackd -R -d alsa -d hw:1 -r 48000 -p 128 -H -M -z shaped
(also tried -p 256, not better in the least)
  Kindest regards

Music was my first love and it will be my last (John Miles)
