This would normally mean that the file

  /usr/{local/}lib/dssi/dssi-vst/dssi-vst-scanner.exe.so

originated in a different version of dssi-vst from the file

  /usr/{local/}lib/dssi/dssi-vst/dssi-vst-server.exe.so

Or possibly that there are two different versions installed, for example 
one in /usr and one in /usr/local.
