[linux-audio-user] Where's jack-dev?

1. Be sure universe repository is enabled.
2. Open synaptic.
3. Click Search, type "jack" in the search box.
4. Select libjack0.100.0-dev for installation (on Edgy; you may find a different
   version if you are not using Edgy).
