I'll add a second call of support for Drupal.  It has a fairly steep
learning curve but the flexibility and scalability is there, and the
community as stated is great.

I'm not trying to blog spam, but if you want to take a look at a
Drupal site that is specifically audio related, go ahead and check out
my site.  Be kind though, it is well and truly 'beta' and very rough
around the edges (Any feedback would be appreciated).
