It hadn't as of a few months ago, when I added it to my TO-DO list to make Debian packages for VCO and g2verb.

But I got busy with music, and other stuff, and I'm trying to stay away from sysadmin-related tasks, so it's unlikely I'll ever do these. I just built them from source and that's good enough for me, for now.
