[LAU] Low Latency Kernel for openSUSE 10.2 x86_64 - please help

Cannot help you with anything Suse related but why settle for a kernel
as old as 2.6.19? With 2.6.23 stuff starting to appear it seems like a
lot of work to end up quite far behind.
