Anyone here used Google AdSense on their blogs?

Or made any money with it? Been embarassed by it?

I'm hitting some rough financial straits these days, and I'm looking for any possible way of scratching up some money. Seems like AdSense can't hurt, but I don't know. I figured I'd ask fellow Linux and Free Software users if they've had any problems or successes with it.
