[LAU] controlling LADSPA plugins whith a midi pedal ?

Hi again,

to make it even more interesting: AMS has a "MIDI Learn" function. So
you'll only have to open the dialog, use the pedal and the MIDI note
assigned to the pedal will automatically appear in the dialog.
