Yes - but to the PC this is a 1-lane 'PCI express' interface.
So it could (should ?) work with the PCI drivers.

We use the ADI-648, in some case via the RME MADI switch, and also
direct connection to Digico consoles which have  MADI interfaces.

Compared to what you connect to the ADI-648 if you use all or most
channels (i.e. up to 64 ch of high quality DA + amps, mics + AD, or
both) its cost is not really a problem.
