[LAU] Open Source MIDI control surface

It's so simple to make one with an Arduino, and a lot of code for surfaces that others have made is open source.

I have two Arduino's sitting here, in my stack of projects I haven't had sufficient time and/or mental and emotional energy to finish yet.
