[LAU] Freewheeling, keyboard

Freewheeling can be configured to work with any joystick or midi input
device.. There are commercially avaible midi foot controllers, There is a
preset already for using a Dance Dance Revolution style dance mat (i have
one of those)... or you can do what I did and convert a cheap usb joypad...
