Hello David!
   I meant, if there is no HTML document, that accompanies jpmidi you might 
just leave it. Because a simple tarball is not so easily found.
   I could take the readme and make a small website from it. It still wouldn't 
get any development from me. But I could offer it for download and post an 
appeal for a maintainer or better guardian. That I can surely do!
