[LAU] no sound in impro-visor

I have this running fine in ubuntu now, but have had problems. Have you 
tried to start it with an alsa oss wrapper? In ubuntu:

sudo aptitude install alsa-oss

Then run 
aoss java -jar improvisor.jar

Else it might be that the java version is not the newest from sun or that t doesn't access the bank correctly.
