I've been on the search for a camera head for a very very long time. 

I've checked out IIDC, because IIDC cameras are the ones where you get
most "only heads" stuff. 

I think I came to the conclusion that IIDC did not have enough bandwidth
for serious video work, like 1080p30 and 1080p60.

For serious video work, RAW video at 1080p30 and 1080p60 requires SDI,
as far as I understand. SDI also carries timecode, which is a must. 

I've not been able to find such a clean camera head. 

By camera head, I mean a device that only has a lens mount, a sensor and
an interface, like SDI. 

This is a clean solution and modular. I can then capture the video
however I want and pay for any irrelevant features.
