BTW the kernel for Tango Studio has it also enable afaik

grep -i RT_GROUP_SCHED /boot/config-2.6.32-25-lowlatency
CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED=y

Lucid here. Does this whole story apply to Ubuntu 10.04 also?
