Thanks for the mention, but Composite is not Not NOT ready 
for prime-time.  :-)

In the future, yes, Composite is intended to provide this 
sort of functionality.  The timeline is something like this:

Jan 2010 - Release a standalone sampler (LV2).
Q2  2010 - Have something worth talking about.
Q4  2010 - A nearly feature-complete, unstable release.
Q4  2011 - A stable 1.0 release.
