Atte,

      this music so much fits my mood these days.

I actually thought this would be too cold a day to run an hour or two.  
Now I'm standing here next to my desk with my headlamp, running shoes,  
headphones playing the flow album, typing this mail before leaving the  
house for a couple of miles.
