Actually I moved sndfile-jackplay to sndfile-tools:

    http://www.mega-nerd.com/libsndfile/tools/

so that libsndfile didn't depend on Jack. Having libsndfile depend
on Jack  was confusing the lusers of systems that use FreeBSD style
ports systems, particularly OSX.
