[LAU] Please help with audio interfaces that keep changing after reboot

Don't personally use Fedora, so I can be much help on "how" to do this, but "what" you need to do is set the driver modules for these two interfaces to be autoloaded. That way you can control the order in which they are loaded, which in turn determines their order in ALSA. (Assuming of course that the drivers are loaded as modules rather than built into the kernel)

Different distros have different means of setting this up.
