[LAU] Introductory seq24 tutorial

this is just as great as the first one ! i love you're little jokes :-)
i've used seq24 before but it didn't use all the features you're showing us.
I've had a difficult time trying to sync all the patterns.

now it's gonna be real easy and real fun !
