[LAU] LV2 synths for Ardour 3?

Hi Leigh,
I looked further into this issue, and it seems that all the problems with
the so-synth GUIs in ardour are a result of these two bugs:

I might try to fix these ardour bugs, but I don't know how I'll be able to
deal with the source.
