Renoise[1] (commercial product) supports native VST's and 
jack.

Energy XT[2] (commercial product) supports native VST's.  If 
you go through Indamixx[3] you can get a version with Jack 
support.

Full disclosure: I work for Indamixx, who also resells these 
two programs.
