Hmm, with those specs I don't have a clue. I can't see any direct  
reason you should get xruns.
But since you don't get them while recording they're completely  
harmless and if the esthetics bother you you can clear them by  
clicking the Messages button in QjackCtl and click Reset on the Status  
tab.
