[LAU] No sound after upgrading to Wheezy

aptitude purge $(dpkg -l pulse*| grep ^ii | awk '{print $2}')

did you use `aptitude dist-upgrade` for wheey upgrade?
AFAIK 2.6.33.7 RT is one of the stable 2.6* RT kernels ever
