We may not like the answer to this rhetorical question, but it indeed is
the reality.

Common sense psychology, that's how most humans think: If it's for free
as in beer, it isn't much good. If you share knowledge, than you don't
have good knowledge, best quality knowledge is secret lore. The more
expensive, the better and since everybody does use cracked software, it
can't be bad to do the same.
