First do

  jack_delay -> MF-A analog out -> MF->A analog in -> jack_delay

then

  jack_delay -> MF-A adat out -> MF-B adat in -> MF-B analog out -> MF-A analog in -> jack_delay.

The difference is the ADAT transport delay. You could use a MF II as well.

If you are using this for an Ambisonic setup you can let Ambdec do the 
delay compensation : in the Ambdec config, add the extra delay converted
to distance at the speed of sound to the distances of the speakers connected
to the second box, and enable distance compensation.
