Summary: The Federal Government granted support money, if organisers
drop their analog audio gear and replace it with digital audio gear.
They claim it does improve the infrastructure and an association of
club owners claims that it is very important to encourage to drop
analog gear and to switch to digital gear. There's no statement of
reasons. I'm interested in the reasons of expediency. IMO there is no
rational reason to encourage to do this. Without any argument for doing
this, it's just schizophren to encourage to do it.
