Hmm, last resort to try an older firmware, i'm not sure about this, but 
i would try to «factory reset» the card, either with the web interface, 
or the front LCD panel. Maybe (MAYBE) it fallback on the  Initial 
shipping version.

Keep in mind that the problem you have may not coming from the card 
itself, but, pulseaudio, jack etc.
