[LAU] Updates of zita-convolver and jconvolver

Hello all,

The zita-convolver library has been updated to 4.0.0.
This is a major version change, and there are some
(small) API changes. See the README for details.

Jconvolver has been updated for the new library
Nothing much new here, except that you can now set
the Jack client name in the config files.

The new zita-convolver library is also a requirement
for zita-jacktools (to be presented at the LAC), which
will be available tomorrow.
