The name is libjack-jackd2-dev, so yes, it's a typo.

and also take a look at the Debian tracker jackd2 spilt package
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/jackd2 .

This typo easily could happen, since the jackd1 spilt package doesn't
contain 'jackd' in the name of the dev package.
