The stars here are the full body of the shaman drums, everything else is 
just extras. I could, for example, add more bass and take those 
frequencies from the drums, but that takes away the whole hypnotic 
feeling of the drums and that does not work for the audience: people 
that are used to drum journeys. But I clearly see your point.

Yes, Ola (the client/artist) felt bad about putting the vocals more in 
the front and I did not manage to change his mind, I guess he felt too 
naked. It's a pity because he does, in my opinion, have a very good 
voice when one let it out and does not need to hide behind the 
instruments or use any thickening tricks. Well, maybe next time if any. 
Luckily, the voice easily cuts through the mix.
