[LAU] Yoshimi crashing on startup

This is completely resolved now.
It only occurred if the file referenced by the very first entry in the history
list had been moved or deleted, and at the same time there was no 'most recent
file' set at all, and that could only happen if we were picking up an older
type of history list.

I shall now sit and write out 100 times:
Do not assume!
