For what it's worth (and possibly too late now)
'Internet' there
takes a definite article.
"FSMSI 2004: European seminar on Free Software
for Multimedia
Streaming over the Internet."
I also wouldn't capitalize 'multimedia
streaming' unless you
also capitalize 'seminar'.
I will apply your suggestions on the web page.
I'm still waiting for Francois' replies (he's out of office) before
posting a correction to the original announcement, saying that we
don't want to colonize the world etc etc etc.
