this is a figure of speech. it probably comes from the interesting
habit of ancient kings to execute the bringers of bad news.
what i meant to say is: daniel is trying to create a mechanism to
deal with companies reluctant to deal with open-source developers.
this open-source unfriendlyness is not his fault. he is only trying
to deal with it.
if this is an insult to you, the safest way is just ignore
everything i say.
